Stainless Steel 2pc Thread Ball Valve

2PC ball valves are two-piece valves with a ball inside that rotates to control the flow of a fluid or gas. The ball has a hole drilled through the center and can be rotated to align with the flow, allowing the fluid to pass through, or turned 90 degrees to block the flow. The two-piece design allows for easy maintenance and repair.

2PC Ball Valve

The 2pc Ball Valve is probably the most widely used ball valve. 2-piece ball valves can quickly and easily open or close the flow of most liquids and gases for any application where a simple on/off action is required. It is also possible to control the flow rate to varying degrees by partially opening or closing the valve. Also known as bi-directional ball valves because they allow direct flow in either direction from inlet to outlet. As threaded ball valves, they are quick to install, easy to use and require no tools for installation. The two-piece ball valve is the best priced full port ball valve (full bore) allowing the internal diameter of the pipe to remain unrestricted. This means that the 2pc Ball Valve has no pressure drop and maintains a high flow rate.

These Two Piece Ball Valves have the same specifications as the Heavy Duty 2 Piece Ball Valve. Being a little more compact they take up less space and are perfect for applications when space is a concern. They are lighter in weight making them a good budget alternative. These Threaded 2 Piece Stainless Ball Valves are often Used in Place of Brass Ball valves since they are similar priced and cleaner. Available in the better priced Stainless Steeel 304.

SS VALVE BODY
These valves all have PTFE seals, which along with the lead-free 304 stainless-steel body, make this valve type excellent general use valve for anything from potable water to gases or corrosive chemicals*, along with applications that use high heat. This valve is rated for temperatures ranging from -25° F to 356° F and pressure up to 1000PSI.
